What we do at Volunteering Northern Rivers

• recruit, interview and assess prospective volunteers
• link eligible volunteers with suitable positions at a wide variety of non-profit community organisations, based upon the needs of the organisation and the skills and interests of the volunteer
• help place individuals in volunteering positions that best match their talents and abilities
• develop and implement strategies to meet the training needs of volunteers, managers of volunteers and organisations using volunteers
• develop and implement strategies to facilitate corporate employee volunteering
• promote volunteering and its benefits in the community
